Per firm: CRD number, SEC file number, CIK (when an EDGAR filer), legal + business name, main office, regulatory assets under management (discretionary / non-discretionary / total), number of accounts, employees + investment-adviser representatives, private funds managed, custody arrangements (incl. the related-person-custody exam red flag), and Form ADV Item 11 disciplinary disclosures collapsed to firm-level flags + counts (criminal / regulatory / civil — NO individual names). ~2,291 advisers report at least one disclosure. Joins finra_firms by CRD and entity_master/sec_companies by CIK. Powers /adviser/{crd} canonical pages + /api/v1/advisers/{search,flagged,list}. FTS5 name search. Refreshed monthly. Commercial vendors charge $25k-$100k/yr for parsed Form ADV.
