Each row is one prime contractor → subcontractor money flow (e.g. Northrop Grumman → OPTX Imaging $5.3B for cable/wiring on USAF aircraft). Fields: sub_award_id, prime_award_id, prime_recipient_name + UEI, sub_recipient_name + UEI, sub_award_amount USD, sub_award_date, description, awarding agency + sub-agency, fiscal year. Surfaces the institutional money pipes the prime contractors prefer to keep opaque.
