Abstract
DEA proposes to amend the language in title 21, Code of Federal Regulations, parts 1300 through 1316. In concert with the President's National Performance Review, Regulatory Reinvention Initiative (NPR), DEA proposes to consolidate, eliminate, and clarify many of its regulations to address areas of confusion frequently raised by the pharmaceutical, chemical, and health care industries; and to correct inaccurate citations, office designations, and typographical errors.
