## Abstract

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (Councils) have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement Executive Order (E.O.) 13148 of April 21, 2000, Greening the Government through Leadership in Environmental Management.
