The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (Councils) have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) "selling costs" cost principle by restructuring the paragraphs and removing unnecessary and duplicative language to increase clarity.
