Abstract
The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (Councils) have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to revise the depreciation cost principle to improve clarity and structure, and remove unnecessary and duplicative language.
