The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (Councils) have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to reflect changes in contract action reporting to the Federal Procurement Data System--Next Generation (FPDS-NG).
