## Abstract

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (Councils) have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to clarify the point that the Javits-Wagner-O'Day (JWOD) program becomes a mandatory source when the supplies or services have been added to the Procurement List maintained by the Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled. The rule also updates the address for the Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled.
