TheCivilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (Councils) have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to change the approval authority of Mentor Prot[eacute]g[eacute] Agreements to the DoD Military Departments or Defense Agencies.
