Abstract
The Department of Defense is revising its current policies concerning obtaining information from financial institutions under the Right to Financial Privacy Act of 1978, as amended (12 U.S.C. chapter 35). This part prescribes practices and procedures for the Department of Defense to obtain from a financial institution the financial records of its customers.
