Abstract
The Department of Defense (DoD) is adopting as final a proposed rule amending the DFARS to make requirements for DoD management and oversight of unpriced change orders consistent with those that apply to other undefinitized contract actions. This final rule adds new policy to address section 812 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010.
