The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is rescinding its regulation addressing Real Estate Activities of the Corps of Engineers in Connection with Civil Works Projects. Each rescinded section is obsolete, exempt from publication, or otherwise covers internal agency operations that have no public compliance component or adverse public impact.
