Abstract
The Office of the Secretary proposes to exempt records maintained in CIG-26, "Case Control System--Investigative." The System of Records Notice was published in the Federal Register on August 9, 2011. This rule is being published as a direct final rule as the DoD does not expect to receive any adverse comments. If such comments are received, this direct final rule will be cancelled and a proposed rule for comments will be published.
