Abstract
DoD, GSA, and NASA are issuing a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement changes to the Small Business Administration's regulations for the Historically Underutilized Business Zone Program to reflect current policies, eliminate ambiguities, and reduce burdens on small businesses and procuring agencies.
