Abstract
The Director of Defense Procurement has issued an interim rule which amends the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement section 818 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1995 (Public Law 103-337) concerning the reimbursement of restructuring costs associated with business combinations.
