Abstract
The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed to a final rule to revise FAR section 5.207(b)(4), Preparation and transmittal of synopses. The revision deletes the requirement for the Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) Number in Commerce Business Daily synopses and, in lieu thereof, requests Government Printing Office (GPO) Billing Account Code information.
