Abstract
The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are issuing a correction to Federal Acquisition Circular 90-23 published on December 28, 1994, at 59 FR 67010. Miscellaneous typographical, editorial, and technical errors appeared in the following areas: the introductory document, FAR Case 93-609--Section 4c Price Adjustments, FAR Case 91-13--Acquisition of Utility Services, FAR Case 92-36--Walsh-Healey Definitions, and in FAR Case 93-304--Defense Production Act Amendments.
