Abstract
The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed to issue Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 90-26, a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to establish requirements for the use of past performance information in the contractor selection process. This regulatory action was subject to Office of Management and Budget review under Executive Order 12866, dated September 30, 1993.
