Abstract
This document contains a correction to the final rule which was published Tuesday, February 27, 1996 (61 FR 7214). The effective date was February 27, 1996. This rule re-established a danger zone as a restricted area in the waters off of Harvey Point, Perquimans County, North Carolina. This is an editorial correction and will not affect the restrictions placed on entry into the area.
