## Abstract

The President signed Executive Order 12958 on April 17, 1995, replacing Executive Order 12356 effective October 14, 1995. Therefore, the Department of Defense is amending Privacy Act procedural and exemption rules where they cite the old Executive Order 12356, replacing it with Executive Order 12958.
