Abstract
The Director of Defense Procurement has issued an interim rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement Section 8115 of the National Defense Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 1997 (Pub. L. 104-208) concerning the reimbursement of external restructuring costs associated with a business combination.
