## Abstract

This revision provides substantive and administrative changes to conform to the requirements of the Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996, 5 U.S.C. 552, as amended by Public Law 104-231. It also provides guidance to the Department of Defense on implementation of this amended law.
