## Abstract

This rule revises the Department of Defense's (DoD) Revitalizing Base Closure Communities and Community Assistance-- Community Redevelopment and Homeless Assistance regulation published on August 8, 1995. It establishes policies and procedures, developed by both DoD and HUD, to take into account Section 2838 of the National Defense Authorization Act for FY96.
