Abstract
The Director of Defense Procurement has issued an interim rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) dated May 6, 1998, between the Small Business Administration (SBA) and DoD. The MOU streamlines the processing procedures for contract awards under the SBA's 8(a) Program.
