Abstract
The Director of Defense Procurement has issued an interim rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement a waiver of domestic source restrictions for certain defense items produced in the United Kingdom. The waiver was executed by the Under Secretary of Defense (Acquisition and Technology) and became effective on August 4, 1998.
