Abstract
Pursuant to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 1996, the Department of Defense (DoD) is finalizing a rule to provide technical assistance to local community members of Restoration Advisory Boards (RABs) and Technical Review Committee (TRCs). RABs and TRCs are established to review and comment on DoD environmental restoration activities at military installations and formerly used defense sites within the United States and its territories.
