## Abstract

The Director of Defense Procurement has issued an interim rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement Section 811 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1998. Section 811 limits the authority for waiver of the domestic source restrictions of 10 U.S.C. 2534(a).
