## Abstract

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are issuing amendments to FAC 97-07, FAR case 97-004B, Reform of Affirmative Action in Federal Procurement, published in the Federal Register at 63 FR 36120, July 1, 1998, to correct the language concerning the use of the price evaluation adjustment for small disadvantaged business concerns. The interim rule goes into effect on January 1, 1999.
