## Abstract

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on an interim rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement revisions made to Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations covering the Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Empowerment Contracting Program (hereinafter referred to as the HUBZone Program).
