Abstract
The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are issuing amendments to FAC 97-10, FAR case 97-307, Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Empowerment Contracting Program, published in the Federal Register at 63 FR 70265, December 18, 1998, to correct the language concerning the HUBZone Empowerment Contracting Program.
