Abstract
The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (the Councils) have agreed on an interim rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement revisions made to Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations pertaining to its 8(a) Business Development (8(a)BD) Program.
