## Abstract

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (the Councils) have agreed on a final rule. The final rule amends the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to clarify the procedures governing placement of orders under multiple award indefinite-delivery contracts.
