## Abstract

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (Councils) have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to provide uniform guidance regarding receipt of late offers for commercial, sealed bid, and negotiated acquisitions.
