## Abstract

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (Councils) have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to provide guidance on the applicability of certain clauses to cost-reimbursement architect-engineer (A-E) contracts.
