Abstract
The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (Councils) have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to change the sharing periods and rates that contracting officers may establish for individual value engineering change proposals.
