Abstract
The Department of the Air Force is revising our rules on the Freedom of Information Act Program of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs) to reflect current policies. Part 806 implements Air Force Policy Directive (AFPD) 37-1, Air Force Information Management (will convert to AFPD 33-3), and applies to all Air Force activities. It provides policies and procedures for implementing the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Title 5 United States Code (U.S.C.) Section 552, as amended, and ``For Official Use Only (FOUO)'' information requirements.
