## Abstract

The Director of Defense Procurement has issued a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement Section 807 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2000. Section 807 makes permanent the authority for contractors to credit their purchases from nonprofit agencies for the blind or severely disabled toward their small business subcontracting goals.
