Abstract
This part applies to the Department of Defense, Defense Information Systems Agency and the Office of the Manager, National Communications System (OMNCS). The regulation provides guidance on the implementation of the ``Freedom of Information Act Program'' within the Defense Information Systems Agency and the OMNCS. It was written to comply with the Freedom of Information Act, as amended by the ``Electronic Freedom of Information Act'' amendments of 1996.
