Abstract
The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to revise the ``recruitment costs'' and the ``public relations and advertising cost'' cost principles for streamlining purposes.
