## Abstract

The Director of Defense Procurement has issued a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement Section 814 of the Strom Thurmond National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1999. Section 814 requires DoD to revise the regulations pertaining to interagency acquisitions under the Economy Act to cover orders under task or delivery order contracts.
