Abstract
This action finalizes the proposal of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) to rescind the final rule titled "Implementing Legal Requirements Regarding the Equal Opportunity Clause's Religious Exemption," which took effect on January 8, 2021.
