Abstract
The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) of the Department of Labor (DOL) is amending the regulations for the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) to implement the Older American Act Amendments of 1984, 1987, and 1992 and to make clarifying changes. This regulation provides administrative and programmatic guidance and requirements for the implementation of the SCSEP.
