Abstract
This document gives notice of Federal approval of supplements to the Nevada State occupational safety and health plan. These supplements are: Nevada's procedure for issuance of notices of violation in lieu of citations in certain situations; amendments to the Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Act enacted in 1981, 1989 and 1993; the Nevada Field Operations Manual; the Nevada Training and Consultation Section Policies and Procedures Manual; the Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Administration Technical Manual; and a regulation concerning pre-construction conferences.
