Abstract
This document contains a correction to the final regulations which were published Friday, May 3, 1996 (61 FR 19982). The regulations established the Administrative Review Board and consolidated, within this one entity, the authority delegated by the Secretary of Labor to decide administrative appeals and matters under administrative review.
