Abstract
The Department of Labor is removing duplicative immigration regulations from the Code of Federal Regulations. These regulations will continue to appear in the Employment and Training Administration's regulations. This rulemaking is in response to the National Performance Review, which calls for the removal of obsolete and unnecessary regulations.
