Abstract
This final rule makes several minor and technical revisions to the annual financial reporting forms which labor organizations are required to file under the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959, as amended (LMRDA). It also makes several technical amendments to the Department of Labor's regulations in which those reporting forms are prescribed. These changes are being made in order to enable the Department to optically scan the reports and make them available on its Internet Web site, and to make the reports more uniform.
