Audit Requirements: Grants, Contracts, and Other Agreements and States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations

The Department of Labor hereby revises its regulation on ``Audit Requirements For Grants, Contracts, and Other Agreements,'' to ensure consistency with previously published amendments to ``Grants and Agreements with Institutions of Higher Education, Hospitals, and Other Non-Profit Organizations, and with Commercial Organizations, Foreign Governments, Organizations Under the Jurisdiction of Foreign Governments and International Organizations'' and ``Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants, and Cooperative Agreements to State and Local Governments.'' In addition, ``Audits of States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations,'' is published as a new regulation which codifies in (DOL) regulations the revised Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-133 in its entirety.
