## Abstract

This final rule establishes the average fuel economy standard for light trucks manufactured in the 2004 model year. Chapter 329 of Title 49 of the United States Code requires the issuance of this standard. The standard for all light trucks manufactured by a manufacturer is set at 20.7 mpg for the 2004 model year.
