Abstract
This final rule clarifies the test procedures in Standard No. 202, ``Head Restraints,'' by replacing the phrase ``rearmost portion of the head form'' with a reference to the portion of the head form in contact with the head restraint. The proposal on which this rule is based contained two other proposed amendments to the standard; this document terminates rulemaking on those proposals.
