## Abstract

Each of the Department's alcohol testing rules include a definition of a substance abuse professional. By this action, the Department is consolidating these definitions into its Department-wide testing procedures rule and adding to the definition substance abuse professionals certified by the International Certification Reciprocity Consortium.
